One of the things that we usually do over summer vacation is visit the zoo. With the temperatures as high as they were, I only made it to the zoo once this summer... we usually just went to the pool. But with the unseasonable temperatures we have been having lately we decided to spend today at the zoo (it was Fall Break for our school system).
It was a gorgeous day for Maddie's first trip! Temperatures were in the 60s, with a nice fall breeze. She mostly slept in her stroller, but we did take a food break around the gorillas.
